According to this, if I keep up my intake (800 as much) and do more exercise (I need to be less lazy and work out more), I could lose around 20/22 lbs by the end of the year

  2. turn off tumblr/ delete the app
  3. talk to a psychiatric professional about your thoughts/feelings about food
  4. stay as far away from any ed community as humanly possible
  5. remember that there is nothing beautiful about having an eating disorder. you are beautiful and deserve to stay safe.
  6. talk to a nutritionist about how to fuel your body properly
